These are the terms and conditions of the website www.maxsell.com. When placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

Important warranty and product return information is provided on this document. Please take a moment and read this important information carefully. All of our guns are tested before they ship. In order for us to keep our prices as low as possible on the line, we must have a strict policy for returns and replacements. We are sorry if this causes any difficulty with our customers but due to the nature and usage of these products, there is a high probability of accidental damage in use, abuse, and normal wear and tear on the guns. Those are things not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under any warranty. Please be aware that magazines, cases, and components are not covered under warranty. We appreciate your cooperation with our policy.

All products will be considered for return and considered for replacement for manufacturer defect only. Maxsell provides a five-day limited warranty associated with all guns purchased from us. This 5-day warranty begins from the date that the consumer received his/her product from the package carrier. All returns after the five-day limited warranty time has expired will need to be shipped to the manufacturer. All returns shipped to us after this five-day period has expired will be refused and returned to you. The manufacturer of the guns carries a "limited" 30-day warranty. Any issues after the 30 day warranty period the manufacturer carries will still need to be addressed with the manufacturer as to what they will do for you. It is the purchaser's responsibility to return the product to the manufacturer for service and any charge associated with the repair. You pay for all shipping to and from.

To be accepted for any return, product must be in original packaging with receipt to be considered for replacement. We provide replacement ONLY for same gun. No cash or credit refunds will be given. Any product that has been taken apart and/or misused by the purchaser in any way will not be considered for return or exchange - no exceptions. Product must be in new condition. We must be notified of defect within 5 business days of receipt of your product. You must have an Return Authorization Number (RMA) and product must be returned within 10 business days of notification of defect. You must call our offices at 877-332-2343 in order to get an RMA. Guns will not be considered for return for any other reason. If the gun wasn't what you expected and/or you just don't like it, we cannot take it back. Please understand this policy before ordering the product. There is a 15% restocking charge.

Maxsell has a 30-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and original condition and we will give you your choice of a refund or exchange. No restocking fee applies. If purchase is returned without original packaging and not in original condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply, no exceptions.

You must contact us by e-mail or phone prior to returning an item so that an RMA can be issued. Please include your order number, name and items ordered in the e-mail. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to sender. Once you have an RMA, please return item in original packaging and condition. Please be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send the package postpaid and insured. Include a copy of your invoice as well as a note explaining the reason for the return. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if purchase is returned without original packaging and not in original condition. Please allow up to 14 days for processing of returns.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning product to us unless the product is defective or received in error.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check all laws pertaining to an item prior to ordering. You must be 18 years of age or older to order, and 21 or older to sign for them. All blank firing guns will require age verification and signature at the time of delivery. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after placing the order, weekends and holidays excluded. Domestic orders to a physical address will be shipped via FedEx (unless specified otherwise.) All international orders and domestic orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS (post office.) Ammunition cannot be shipped via air. Please note; all ammo ships separately from air packages. All ammo must ship ground. Absolutely no blank firing guns can be shipped to Canada unless the correct permits are obtained by the buyer before ordering and faxed to: 954-571-2101. The documents will then be included with all the other details needed for Customs.

All Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices, colors, packaging and minimum quantities are subject to change without notice.

We accept VISA / MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS / DISCOVER. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address or to the secondary address that is on file with the card issuer. Please note; no order will be shipped to an address that cannot be verified. If an address cannot be verified the order will be held until the billing address can be verified or a credit/refund is given. Please note that all orders placed on maxsell.com will appear as: "MAXSELL Corporation" on your credit card statement. Maxsell reserves the right to refuse any customer for any reason. We take Money Orders must be made payable to "Maxsell Corporation". Orders paid for with a money order will be shipped as soon as possible from the receipt of the money order. Please send money orders to the address listed below. Checks must be made payable to "Maxsell Corporation". Checks will be held for 21 days before the merchandise is shipped. For this reason recommended payment is either by credit card or via money order. If mailing a check, please send it to the mailing address listed below.
